Terms of Use
Loop In: Share Events · Effective October 13, 2026
These terms apply to your use of Loop In: Share Events (“Loop In”), published by Mark Alberto, doing business as HandyApps (“we,” “us”). By using Loop In you agree to these terms. If you got Loop In from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
1. What Loop In does
Loop In turns a description you type or dictate into a calendar event on your Google Calendar and, when you choose, sends invitations to the people you list. It uses an AI service to understand your description.
2. Please review before you send
AI can misunderstand dates, times, places, or names. Loop In always shows you the event before it's sent — please check it. You are responsible for the events you create and the invitations you send, including making sure you have permission to invite the people you add.
3. Your accounts
Loop In works with your Google account and your Apple devices. Your use of Google Calendar is also subject to Google's terms. Keep your devices and accounts secure; you're responsible for activity in Loop In on your devices.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Loop In to send spam, harass anyone, break the law, or interfere with the app or the services it relies on. We may limit or stop access for anyone who misuses it, including through monthly usage limits.
5. Reminders and availability
Loop In is provided “as is.” We work to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or that every reminder or invitation will be delivered — for example, if your device is off, notifications are disabled, or Google or another service is unavailable. Don't rely on Loop In as your only reminder for critical medical, legal, or safety commitments.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed events or appointments, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Loop In. Our total liability for any claim relating to Loop In is limited to the amount you paid for it, if any.
7. Changes
We may update Loop In and these terms. If we change the terms, we'll update the date above. Continuing to use Loop In after a change means you accept the new terms.
